3. Trade Terms

Orders: Orders can be placed via written or electronic means. Once confirmed, both parties are expected to strictly follow the order details.
Delivery: We will arrange shipping within the agreed timeframe. Delivery locations, transportation methods, and cost allocations will be specified in the order.
4. Intellectual Property
We respect intellectual property rights. Customers must ensure that any trademarks, brands, or other intellectual property they provide are legal and do not infringe upon third-party rights.
5. Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes arising from the performance of this agreement, the parties shall first seek to resolve them through friendly consultation. If no resolution can be reached, either party may resort to legal action in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Tariff Information
Tariffs are an important aspect of international trade. Below is some information regarding tariffs on pet supplies:
1. Overview of Tariffs
Tariffs are taxes imposed by the customs authority of an importing country on goods entering its customs territory. Pet supplies, as imported goods, are typically subject to tariff duties.
2. Tariff Rates for Pet Supplies
Tariff rates for different types of pet supplies may vary depending on factors such as product type, material, and purpose.
3. Tariff Payment Responsibility
As the importer (our customer), you are generally responsible for paying the tariffs.
4. Customs Declaration
We will assist you in preparing the necessary documents for customs declaration, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, before shipment. You must ensure the accuracy of the information provided to facilitate a smooth customs clearance process.
Payment Method
1. Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
You can make payments via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) to our designated bank account. For specific bank details, please contact us or refer to the information provided in your order confirmation.
2. Payment Schedule
Advance Payment: Depending on the order amount and product type, we may require a certain percentage of advance payment (usually 50% – 60%) after order confirmation.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance should be paid before shipment or in accordance with the agreed-upon timeline.
3. Invoices
We will issue commercial invoices based on your payment status.
Shipping Methods
Our products are shipped directly from our factories in China via air freight or sea freight. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure efficient and timely delivery of your orders. Below are the shipping options we offer:
1. Air Freight
Shipping Time: Typically takes 5 – 10 working days, depending on your location and customs clearance procedures. However, this time frame is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will consult with our logistics partners to provide you with the most accurate shipping time for your specific order.
Suitable For: Smaller quantities or orders that require faster delivery.
Cost: Generally higher than sea freight due to the faster shipping speed.
2. Sea Freight
Shipping Time: Usually takes 15 – 35 working days, depending on the shipping route and destination port. Please note that this timeline can vary due to unknown conditions. We will consult with our logistics partners to give you an accurate estimate of the shipping time based on your order and destination.
Suitable For: Larger quantities or bulk orders where time is less critical.
Cost: More cost-effective compared to air freight.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as order weight, volume, shipping distance, and the shipping method chosen. We will provide you with a detailed shipping cost estimate in your order confirmation.
We handle all necessary export documentation from China, including commercial invoices and packing lists. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees applicable in their destination country. If you have any specific shipping requirements or need further information, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you in choosing the most suitable shipping option for your order and will consult with our logistics partners to provide you with accurate shipping information.
Return Policy
1. Return Conditions
If the products have quality issues or do not match the order description, you may apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the goods.
If the goods are damaged due to logistics reasons, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods and provide relevant photographic or video evidence.
2. Return Process
Contact us to submit a return application and explain the reason for the return.
We will review your application and respond within 5 working days.
If the application is approved, we will provide a return address and relevant instructions. You will need to return the goods in their original packaging and bear the return shipping costs.
3. Refund Processing
Upon receiving the returned goods and confirming that they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund within 3 – 5 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
Please note that we do not accept returns in the following situations:
- Returns due to a change of mind by the customer, not related to product quality.
- Returns made without our prior approval.
